With so many fad diets out there on the internet and in books, it can be confusing and difficult for people to know what they should do. In fact, these diets are so generalized, that often times they don’t work for the majority of people. The truth is that there is no one diet that works best for everyone. Each individual has unique dietary needs to help them reach their ideal weight. At Holistic Wellness, we work with individuals to figure out their specific nutritional needs to feel and look their best. These needs consider genetics, activity level, age, gender, and environment; there are so many factors that can play into a stagnation in weight loss:

  • not eating the right amount of carbohydrates and protein based on your activity level

  • sleep
  • and so many more!


We offer in-office nutritional counseling visits, meal planning packages, grocery store visits, and pantry clean outs, all of which target different areas of your nutrition to help you implement dietary changes that can help you, as an individual, reach optimal health.
