Option 1: 30-Minute Perimenopause & Menopause Essentials

- A focused, 30-minute consultation for Oregon residents only addressing your most pressing menopause-transition symptoms, such as hot flashes, joint pain, and vaginal dryness.
- We’ll discuss the potential benefits and risks of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and whether it is appropriate for you. (I will call in prescriptions directly to your pharmacy of choice.)
- This option is designed specifically for those in their late 30s to 50s.
Option 2: 60-Minute Comprehensive Menopause Telehealth Consult

- A deeper, 60-minute consultation where we address menopause-transition symptoms and explore Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) options
- This option includes holistic perimenopause symptom support, such as supplements, exercise advice, and nutrition recommendations.
- You’ll receive guidance on menopause-related labs and imaging. ( For Oregon residents, I will provide orders locally.)
- This option is specifically designed for breast cancer survivors, women over 60, or those more than 10 years past menopause, as well as non-Oregon residents.
STEP 2: Preparing for Your Visit
To ensure that your first visit goes as smoothly as possible, we ask that you complete a few tasks beforehand:
- Fill out your new patient paperwork via JANE.
-Complete your Welcome Form & Notice of Privacy Practices.
-Set aside an hour to fill out your intake and history form before your appointment. - Pay your booking deposit.
- Submit any relevant medical records.
-If you have lab work or other medical records, please send them before your visit to help us better understand your health history.
STEP 3: After your Visit – Personalized Plan of Action
After your consultation, I will send you a Personalized Wellness Guide that includes a suggested action plan to help you navigate your perimenopause journey between visits. This guide empowers you to take control of your health and well-being.
As you progress through your journey, the Wellness Guide may evolve to include:
- Supplements to support your body’s changing needs.
- Exercise plans tailored to your unique physical changes.
- Nutrition guidance to fuel your body and mind.
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) guidance to manage symptoms effectively, with prescriptions ordered to your pharmacy of choice for Oregon residents.
- Guidance on menopause-related labs & imaging, with orders sent locally for Oregon residents.
